A web + iOS + Android suite with LiveKit video calls, session notes and reminders. From zero to production in 8 months.
Therapists in Ukraine juggled 3–4 disconnected tools: Zoom for calls, Google Calendar for booking, Notes for notes, Excel for payments. They lost time, mixed up clients and had no single patient history.
Technical design
We designed a monorepo with a shared core: one client state across web, iOS and Android. WebRTC over LiveKit instead of Zoom — to own the UX and keep sensitive data off a third-party provider.
MVP across 3 platforms at once
Instead of a sequential web → iOS → Android rollout, we shipped all three in parallel. React + React Native with a shared state layer. That saved roughly 3 months.
Production from scratch
Own servers, PM2, nginx, Docker for LiveKit. Transparent monitoring, backups, push notifications via FCM/APNS. No vendor lock-in.
