Ads that
pay off.
Search, Performance Max and Shopping campaigns that bring sales — not “impressions and clicks”. Feed, analytics and bids under control, numbers kept honest.
Budget spins — sales don’t
The agency reports “impressions” and “clicks” while you count money and see no connection.
PMax is a black box
Performance Max burns most of the budget, and nobody explains where it actually goes.
Brand traffic paints the ROAS
Campaigns catch people who were already searching for you — the report looks great, there’s no real growth.
Merchant Center disapproves products
The feed breaks, products drop out, part of the catalog simply isn’t advertised.
Ads + MC + GA4 audit
Account health, gaps, missed opportunities — before touching any bids.
Feed engineering
Titles, GTINs, images, rules — a feed Google actually likes.
Search / PMax / Shopping campaigns
Structure built for your catalog and margins, not “like everyone else’s”.
Clean attribution
Brand exclusion, GA4 events, honest ROAS — you see the real increment.
Change discipline
7+ days between changes: we let the algorithms learn instead of jerking bids daily.
Plain-language reporting
Monthly: what we did, what it earned in money, what’s next.
We work under NDA, so we don’t publish client names or account screenshots. The numbers above come from real projects; we share live dashboards and details on a call.

Audit
Ads, Merchant Center, GA4: where the budget leaks and what blocks growth.

Roadmap
P0/P1/P2 priorities — the highest-impact fixes go first.

Execution
Feed, campaign structure, conversion events — the foundation before scaling.

Stabilization

- 05
Scaling
We grow budget where it pays off. And cut it where it doesn’t.
We count honest ROAS
Brand traffic is excluded from performance evaluation. A pretty report ≠ real growth — we show the latter.
We don’t choke campaigns daily
Fewer changes, but justified ones: smart bidding learns from stable data, not from panic edits.
Everything stays in your account
Accounts, billing, history — yours. If you leave us, everything stays with you.

АКцентр.
A stationery retailer with 60k SKUs. We rebuilt the Merchant Center feed, added brand exclusion on PMax, fixed site speed and GA4 events. No magic — just clean technical SEO + Ads.
What’s the minimum ad budget that makes sense?
+
It depends on the niche and cost per click. A rough guide: with less than ~$500 a month for clicks in a competitive niche, data accumulates too slowly and the algorithms have nothing to learn from. In the audit we’ll tell you honestly whether starting with your budget makes sense.
How much does management cost?
+
From $500 a month. The price depends on scope: number of campaigns, feed size, whether Merchant Center and analytics setup are needed. We fix it after the audit.
When will we see results?
+
First shifts come 2–4 weeks after fixing the critical issues (feed, conversions, structure). Stable algorithm performance takes 2–3 months. If someone promises “sales in the first week”, ask them what makes that possible.
We already have a contractor. Why an audit?
+
The audit is a second opinion with numbers. You get an independent list: what’s fine, what leaks budget, what’s missed. Then you decide: hand the list to your contractor or work with us. The audit is free and commits you to nothing.
Do you work in our account or create your own?
+
Only in yours. The account, billing and accumulated data history belong to you — that’s your asset. Agencies that “run ads in their own account” take that asset with them when you part ways.
A request from this page doesn’t go to a “sales department” — it lands directly with a co-founder. Viacheslav runs international SEO projects (a global FMCG brand, 35 markets), e-commerce ad accounts and our own product — Rapport CRM. So the estimate you get comes from someone who does the work hands-on, not from a salesperson.
